A girl’s right advocate, she is equally passionate about safeguarding the girl-child from all forms of
abuse. She runs a community-based club for girls under the auspices of Girls’ Arise Initiative where she
mentors adolescent girls through her monthly interactive/sensitization talk show/talent hunt meetings. In
addition, she hosts a quarterly motivational talk show and empowerment summit for community women (mostly
widows) in Ijegun, Ikotun, in the Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, through the Joyful Widows

Dr. Dapo Ayeni
Dapo Ayeni was born on the 20th September 1956. He attended Kings College Lagos and later proceeded to University
of Ile Ife(OAU) for his medical training in 1976.
Medical school but branched out to his own practise in June 16 1987 till date. He also has an outfit for
Training with respect to his medical calling (Pre, Intra and Retirement training in the corporate
Industry)! He is an active member of the Board of Trustees of Bestspring International.He is currently the National Medical Director of Faithful Stewards Medical and Educational

Mr Modupeola Jaiyeola Ayeni
Modupeola Jaiyeola was born on the 3rd of May, 1959 to Pa Gabriel Rotimi Fakolade (of blessed memory) and Princess
Rachael Abioye Fabunmi (the crown princess of the immediate past Olohan of Ohan, Erijiyan-Ekiti). Her father, the
firstborn of the famous Fakolade Agberuko of Igemo Quarters, Erijiyan-Ekiti, was a pioneer educationist in the old
Ondo Pronvince who was instrumental to the education of many prominent citizens in that region.
Economics from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1981. Modupeola earned
her MBA degree from the University of Lagos, Akoka in 1989 in spite of the busy nature of her career.
Modupeola is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nig.In February, 1983, she started work formally in UBA where she had earlier completed her NYSC. At UBA, she
trained in all areas of Banking Operations and had the opportunity to work in and head many departments.
She was also a pioneer staff of the UBA Ikorodu Rd, branch in Lagos, headed the Operations of Tinubu
branch (a grade A branch of UBA catering to the needs of their most valued customers). At UBA she was
known for her thoroughness, versatility and her no-nonsense attitude on the job.
It was therefore not unusual to find the then Management posting her to the most difficult branches
because of her ability to re-organize and turn things around. She also headed The Training Function of
AllStates Trust Bank (1999-2001) She was Head, Credit Operations(2007-2010) and Head,Cash Management
Operations of Ecobank Nig up till June 2016 when she retired to set up her own Event Management Company.
Modupeola is a grandmother, an author, a counselor and a minister of the Gospel who is passionate about
influencing the singles and married to please God in their relationships.
She serves in the Tracts & Publications and Sunday School ministries of RCCG,Region 19 Hqtrs,(First
Born Family),ACME. She is a member of the board of trustees of Bestspring Foundation (an NGO that takes
care of the less privileged).
Modupeola is married to Oladapo Ayeni a pastor and a medical doctor. They are blessed with five
God-fearing children, most of whom are already professionals in their own right.

Currently Board member and Director of Programs, Women Consortium of Nigeria (WOCON), a non-government,
non-for-profit, non-partisan and non-religious organization committed to the enforcement of women and children’s
rights and the attainment of equality, development and peace.
currently serves as Director of Programs and now member of WOCON’s Board. She manages the day-to-day
operations of WOCON, leading efforts to forge partnerships with local NGOs and international partners for
the attainment of equal status of women in all aspects of social, economic and political development
within the communities and the nation at large especially in the anti-trafficking space. Founded over 21
years ago by late Bisi Olateru-Olagbegi, a renowned Lawyer and Gender Expert, WOCON has primarily focused
on issues of gender-based violence, promoting good governance and ensuring more women’s political
participation and has taken its awareness campaigns to the endemic states where trafficked victims within
and cross-borders are sourced, transited and/or received.In managing programs in Nigeria, Morenike leverages her years of experience to ensure the objectives of
large donor-sponsored projects involving grassroots outreach, behavioral change, community mobilization,
awareness creation, advocacy and capacity building are successfully delivered.
In addition, she has over 3 decades broad-ranging private sector experience in Administration in two
American oil companies and subsequently with SME’s. Managed general office procedures, dealt with
customers and high volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines. She has wide-ranging problem solving
experience, within the Management, Administration and HR spaces.
A mother of three, Morenike is a frequent Speaker and Resource Person in many executive platforms.
